These terms govern your use of ReferBeam, provided by ReferBeam (legal entity name TBD). By creating an account you agree to them on behalf of yourself and the company you represent.
Your account
You sign in with Google and are responsible for activity in your workspace. Keep your Google account secure and tell us about any unauthorised use.
Using ReferBeam
- You may use ReferBeam to run affiliate and referral programs for your own business.
- You're responsible for the commission terms you offer partners and for having the right to share customer data with us.
- You must not use ReferBeam to send spam, break the law, or interfere with the service.
Payouts
When you use payouts, funds are collected from you and paid to partners through third-party payment providers, whose terms also apply. ReferBeam is not a bank. Payouts may be delayed or held when fraud checks, tax-form requirements or provider reviews apply.
Early access
During early access, features may change and we may limit usage. We'll give notice before charging for any plan.
Your data
You own the data you put into ReferBeam. We use it only to provide the service, as described in our privacy policy.
Liability
ReferBeam is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Ending your account
You can stop using ReferBeam at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
